I never imagined things could get worse, but they do. The men who took us show no mercy. They won’t stop until they’ve destroyed Rafe for something he has no memory of, and I’m their weapon of choice.
Tortured and defiled, they make me wish I was back in that cabin where death was favorable to drawing another breath, but our captors can’t break what’s already broken.
What scares me is the madness I see festering inside Rafe. I’ve taken his freedom, his career, his reputation, yet despite all I’ve done, he’s determined to fight for me, kill for me, give everything he is for me.
He’ll even die for me.

*Coming Spring of 2015*
#20Truths With Ella Frank, Logan & Tate
1. What is your absolute FAVORITE thing to do when you're not writing? (No lying)
EAT! Anyone who knows me knows my love of food. In most of my books you will find some kind of food reference or mention where it’s practically its own character.
2. What is Tate's biggest fear?
That’s a hard question. I would think that Tate’s biggest fear is not living for himself. He’s starting to realize that for the past several years he’s been miserable, truly unhappy. But with Logan he has a chance of living life the way he wants it, not for anyone else.
3. What can we expect to be different about TRUST? Is there anything you can tell us that would shock us?
If there are things that would shock you, I’m certainly not going to tell you here! You have to READ to find out. One thing I will say about TRUST is that this will be a different side to Logan & Tate. I think the reader will see how their relationship has evolved and how each of them is dealing with that, together and individually. Their story has gone through many stages; the chase, the excitement of first lust and love, and the serious. Now it’s time to see them together as a couple, and what everyday life would mean for these two. The question I think will be most important in this book is - can two such different lives and men come together and trust one another enough to make it work?
4. Will we see the same Logan that we've seen before? What will he do to surprise us this time?
Well I don’t see Logan changing anytime soon. He’s pretty set in his ways, but the thing I love the most about Logan is that he has layers and layers. You think you know all there is to him and then he reveals this other side you never knew was there. For all of his brash and ballsy ways he keeps a totally other side hidden from most…with the exception of a few close to him.
5. Is it different writing in Oregon rather than Texas? Did the move change your vibe at all?
Ha! Only in the sense that I was all over the place for the last month of my life. I am finally starting to settle back down and get in a routine again. I’m a creature of habit so when my routine is messed with I become very discombobulated. ßThat’s my big word for the day.
6. If the guys were to surprise each other with a "sexual" gift, what would each one buy the other?
Logan would probably buy a bow and wrap it around himself. Ha! As for Tate…he’s a bit harder to know because he keeps to himself. Although, I think we are starting to scratch the surface of his more assertive side. Maybe something to keep Logan’s mouth shut, but obviously it would have to be easily removed because lets face it, Tate loves what Logan can do with his mouth.
7. Do Tate & Logan have any disgusting boy habits?
Of course not…and even if they did they would never tell you guys about it.
8. Lipgloss, Lipstick, or Chapstick?
Nothing usually but if I had to pick one…chapstick.
9. Favorite male body part?
I love broad shoulders and strong things.
10. Favorite read of 2014?
Succubus Blues by Richelle Mead. I’m hooked!
11. When discussing your sex scenes with your writing partners is it typically serious (like all business) or are you dying laughing?
It’s very serious, what kind of operation do you think I’m running over here?
12. Can Logan and Tate get a puppy? (Please, puppies are cute)
I know this is a Stacy question…I think I mentioned that in YOUR version you can give them a puppy. I don’t really see them with one in mine.
13. What is your favorite naughty temptation?
I’m not allowed to write it here…no, really, I’m not.
14. I know you're busy working on a couple projects right now, do you have anything beyond that you'd like to share with us?
Actually, after TRUST I have nothing set in stone, which means I’m free as a bird. Usually once I say that however, something always turns up.
15. Is book three TRUST the absolute end to the Temptation Series?
I wouldn’t say that, no. There are always possibilities. I just have to wait and see where Logan & Tate’s story takes me. I love writing these guys and saying a final good-bye will be hard when the time comes. I’m not quite sure I’m there yet, but when I am I will make sure to let you all know.
16. Would you rather be stuck in an elevator with Logan or Tate. (You have to choose) and why?
Probably Logan, because he would tell me a hell of a lot more if I started asking questions. Tate would just stay silent and stubborn. He takes a while to warm up, Logan is easy…or so I’ve heard.
17. 5 things you CANNOT live without?
#1 – My husband, #2 – My BFF, #3 – My Family, #4 – The internet so I can skype (with number 2 & 3), #5 – The ability to taste AMAZING FOOD
18. Can you tell us something about the guys that we would never know or guess?
No, ha ha. I’m pretty sure I have told you everything and probably more than I should when it comes to these two guys. I think you all know them as well as I do at this stage.
19. If you could pick ONE really good piece of advice to give to a new Author, what would it be?
Write because you LOVE it. Not for any other reason. Then you can tackle everything else head on.
20. We've asked this question before but just love the answers we get. We believe that beauty can be found in everything! Even gross hideous things. What is the most despicable thing you can think of that you find beautiful?
Sometimes when I’m watching a natural geographic documentary, I’m blown away by the way that predators hunt. It’s not a despicable act but more an awe inspiring one to watch a lioness or wolf stalk and outsmart its prey. You feel for the weaker of the two but the pure beauty of nature can’t be denied. That’s the food chain in its natural state, and watching it unfold can be both hard and mesmerizing at the same time. A beauty you can’t look away from.

I love to read and write contemporary and erotic romances, but I also like to step outside of the box at times when it comes to telling a story that really speaks to me.
I absolutely adore dessert. I could skip the main meal and head straight to the dessert line every time…especially anything that is covered in caramel.
I am a GLEEK (yes I admit it… So? It makes me happy), on the other hand I love Dexter and he makes me happy too, so analyze that!
I love to sing really bad at the top of my lungs, and I often have conversations with myself.
Some of my favorite authors include; JR Ward, Tiffany Reisz, Nalini Singh, Lori Foster, Lauren Dane, SJ Frost and many more.
Last but certainly not least, I am the author of The Exquisite Series, Blind Obsession, Veiled Innocence, Temperance, The Temptation Series, and The Fantasy: A Desperate Man, Co-Authored with Brooke Blaine.

Five minutes until the interview begins.
Fresh on the heels of her college graduation, Cameron Heart has landed an interview at a prestigious architecture firm.
Four minutes until the interview.
She knows she’s only there because the owner, Grayson Cole, is her older sister’s friend.
For the last seven years, Grayson has been the most intimidating man Cammie has ever had the pleasure, or displeasure, of being around.
But the job opportunity is too good to pass up. So, Cammie will have to ignore the fact that Grayson is handsome enough to have his own national holiday.
After all, she shouldn’t feel that way about her new boss. And, he will be her new boss.
“I’m not scared of you,” I said with a confident smile.
“Perhaps we should fix that, Ms. Heart. Close the door.”
“And Cameron,” he spoke, forcing me to pause as my hand hit the door knob. I turned my head to look back at him, hope brimming through every pore. His eyes locked with mine as he continued, “It’s not Grayson. It’s Mr. Cole. I’m not your friend while you’re here.”
I bristled at his reprimand. There he was. The formal prick. He wanted to put me in my place, but I knew his secret now. You can’t just turn attraction off like a light switch. I may have had torn tights and smudged make-up, but I was the same girl I’d been for the last twenty-two years. Which meant, deep down, Grayson was still attracted to me. A small smirk unfolded across my lips as I realized the power that knowledge gave me.
“And what about when I’m not here?” I asked, tilting my head to the side and staring into his blue eyes with more confidence than I’d felt all morning.

Genre: New Adult/Adult Romance

Cover designed: The Cover Lure
Nothing was as it seemed at Red Mountain—it didn’t take long for me to figure that out. John was kind to me but distant, as if he was afraid to let anyone get too close. His three teenage sons had their own devices for keeping love as far away as they could. The eldest distracted himself with cheap relationships that had a shelf-life of one night. The middle son threw himself into the rigor of running a ranch, and the third wielded cruelty and mind-games in his quest to keep people from getting close.
Time has gone by, and I’ve spent those years trying to forget the brother I’d fallen for—the biggest mistake of my life.
Finally, I’ve moved on. Finally, I’m back. But what I didn’t realize was that running away from the wrong brother meant I’d also run away from the right one. The one who’d been there for me all along, waiting in his brother’s shadow for the day I either would or could move on.
But a decade is a long time to wait. Has the brother I should have chosen all of those years ago moved on too? Am I about to discover that my biggest mistake wasn’t falling in love with the wrong brother, but failing to return the love of the right one sooner?
Does unrequited love have an expiration date?
I’m about to find out.
Author’s Note: This book is a "sweet" romance that isn't overly sexy. Fans of LOST & FOUND will be interested in THREE BROTHERS.
“You might want to keep running. Things are only going to get worse in there. There’s no happy ending waiting for anyone on the other side of that door.”
His voice blew past the walls I’d been so sure had been impenetrable and threaded through me as it always used to. Instead of feeling like the twenty-five-year-old woman I was, I became that impressionable girl who had worshipped the ground beneath a boy who had no right to be worshipped.
I closed my eyes and bolstered my strength. “You were always the one who was better at running, Conn. That’s more your style than mine.” Instead of down the stairs or back inside, I went toward him. I wanted him to see that he didn’t have power over me any longer. At least, I wanted him to see the façade of him not holding power over me.
“Yet how long were you frozen on that first step when you arrived? I kind of lost count at five minutes.”
His voice was just as smoky and smooth as I remembered it, and age had deepened it a key or two. The porch lights were out. With just the light coming from the buildings and barns dotted around and the orangey glow of his cigarette, I could barely make out Conn’s face. Not that I needed light to remember it. I’d memorized the perfections and imperfections of it years ago, and despite my efforts to forget, it had revisited my dreams too frequently.
Where Chase had been big, blond, and beefy, Conn was the opposite. He was taller than me but only by a couple of inches, and his hair was the same dark chestnut John’s had been before the silver took over. Conn’s body could have been described as lanky and lean, and his dark long-sleeved shirts and pants gave off just the right degree of sinister meets tortured. That, matched with his brooding expression, had alerted me from the beginning that he was the kind of boy I should keep my distance from. The kind who had let so much darkness into his life that it suffocated all of the light
“You were here the whole time? Camped out in your chair, smoking your cigarettes, watching me, and you didn’t say anything?” I stopped when I was still a good ten feet back from him. Distance was a good thing when it came to Conn, both mental and physical. “I should probably be surprised, but I’m not.”
Conn’s jagged smile crept into place. “So? Are you keeping your fingers crossed for a repeat of your sixteenth birthday?”
I didn’t have to see the image flash through his eyes to know exactly what he was talking about. “Nothing happened.” I crossed my arms and stood taller, trying to convince myself at the same time.
“And is that why you disappeared for seven years?” The cigarette dangled from Conn’s lips. The bottle in his hand was already a third empty, and even though I could barely see them, his eyes were both calling me closer and shoving me away. Everything about him flashed danger. Everything screamed stay away.
I’d never read the signs when it came to Conn. This time, I’d promised myself I would. I’d promised myself that I wouldn’t come back here if I wasn’t sure I could keep him at an emotional and physical distance.
“I came back because John, aka your father, is dying. I came to say good-bye.” I leaned into the railing along the porch, keeping a safe distance without making it seem as though I was concerned about how close or how far I was from Conn. “Unlike you, I’m not trying to discover what gives out first: my lungs or my liver.”
“I’m hoping they go at the same time.” Conn plucked the cigarette from his lips long enough to take a pull from the bottle.
Unlike his father, who was adamant that scotch was the only thing to drink when a person needed one, Conn chose tequila. It wasn’t a simple matter of a difference in taste. No, whatever John liked, Conn preferred the opposite. What was sad though was that in Conn’s effort to defy John at every turn, he was only proving just how significant a role his father played in his life. He was just as in tune with his dad as if he’d been mimicking him at every turn.
“Why aren’t you at dinner?” I asked, reminding myself to keep our conversation short. Conn was a master at wordplay and could lure even the greatest of cynics to his side.
“Because I don’t want to go.” He held out the bottle. When I shook my head, he let the bottle hang between us for a few moments before taking another long drink. At this rate, Conn would be shit-faced before that cigarette burned out.
“That seems to be your go-to answer to every question.”
“That’s because that’s my go-to feeling for most everything, family most of all.” Conn looked off into the distance where Red Mountain rested. Unlike the rest of us, who dodged looking at it or venturing up it, Conn seemed to view it as a refuge.
“Still haven’t gotten over your daddy issues?” I closed my eyes, instantly regretting my words.
I was just about to apologize when Conn leaned forward in his chair. All I could see were the whites of his eyes, but that was all I needed to see to know he was staring straight at me. When I’d been younger and under the impression that Conn could do no wrong, I’d measured my life in the moments when Conn had looked at me and me alone. There were only two ways he looked at me: straight through or straight on. Now I would have preferred he look straight through me because his eyes pulled things out of the place I’d buried deep inside myself.
“I don’t know. Have you gotten over your Conn issues?”
I’m the New York Times and USA TODAY bestselling author of the CRASH series (HarperTeen, S&S UK), LOST & FOUND series, UP IN FLAMES (S&S UK), The EDEN TRILOGY, and a handful of others. I write stories about everyday kinds of people who find themselves in extraordinary kinds of situations. I tell love stories with happy endings because I believe in making the world a better place, and that’s one tiny way I can make it so. I’m one of those people who still believe in true love and soul mates, and would rather keep my head in the clouds any day over having my feet firmly on the ground.
