Save Me From Myself
Oh yes, the texting,” he replies, and I can hear the smirk in his voice. “Well, at any rate, I’m glad you guys got along. SB hasn’t approved of many women in the past few years, and that can cause huge problems.”
“Maybe it’s because we’re closer in age than most women you date, you dirty old man.”
Releasing my hand, he pinches my side which makes me yelp. He narrows his eyes at me, “Not funny,” he says dryly.
I double over in laughter at the expression on his face, and he glares at me. When I finally calm down enough to look at him, he’s looking at me closely. Uh-oh, I’m not sure I like that expression! Just when I’m about to ask what he’s thinking, he pulls me into an alley and my back is against the wall. He crushes his mouth down on mine, and brings his body flush against me. In seconds, his tongue is in my mouth, and I feel like I’m going to combust. When I tangle my fingers in his hair, he pulls away from me.
“No darlin’,” he says, and taking my hands in his, he pulls them up above my head. I inhale sharply, and his mouth lands on the sensitive spot behind my ear. “I’ll teach you to not call me an old man,” he rasps, and trails his tongue down my neck, raising goosebumps along the trail. Oh. My. I’m trembling weak-kneed, and it feels like my body is on fire.
David begins running his free hand up and down from hip to just underneath my heaving breasts, but I can’t concentrate on anything other than the feel of his mouth on my neck. His very talented mouth. I suddenly feel his hand cup my breast. Just like that, I can’t breathe and my pulse starts racing. David kneads it, and my nipple pebbles against his hand. He groans, and I sag against the wall. He kisses me for what feels like hours, and when he finally breaks away and releases my hands, I grip his shoulders tightly.
We’re both breathing heavy, and he rests his forehead against mine. He stares into my eyes, and his eyes are almost glowing with desire. As I come back to reality, I feel the hard ridge of his arousal against my stomach, and I can’t help but squirm.
Groaning, he closes his eyes and says, “You’re killing me. You know that right?” and I smile, loving the effect I have on him. The same effect he has on me, so it’s nice to know that I’m not alone.
Taking my hand again, we walk back to the alley’s exit. He quickly looks up and down the street before leading me back onto the street towards our destination.

Release Day Blitz: Last Light (Night Owl Trilogy #2) by M. Pierce~ Includes Excerpt, Teasers & Giveaway!
Title:Last Light (Night Owl Trilogy Book #2)
Author: M. Pierce
Release Date: October 28, 2014
Genre:Contemporary Erotic Romance
Tensions rise, secrets grow bigger, and passions run deeper—and hotter—in Last Light, the second novel of the Night Owl Trilogy from bestselling author M. Pierce.
Matt Sky is missing. After a solo ascent of Longs Peak that left only a large blood stain, tatters of climbing clothing, and the tracks of an animal in the snow, he is presumed dead.
Hannah Catalano is guarding a secret: she knows Matt is alive. After Matt's memorial service, she lingers on the East Coast with his family, but it soon becomes clear that his brothers' motives are less than gracious. Nate Sky is bent on tracking down the author of Night Owl, a book that charts the last days of Matt's life with uncanny and scandalous accuracy, and which appeared only after his death. Seth Sky is bent on getting Hannah into his bed.
Hidden away in the woods, Matt and Hannah strive desperately to maintain their ruse and their relationship—but their web of lies only tightens as Matt struggles with the consequences of his decision, and Hannah tries to escape Nate's libel suit and fend off Seth's advances...until Hannah is put in danger, and Matt must make a life or death choice.
“Matt, you realize I can walk with a black eye, right?”
“I’ll be the judge of that.” He set me on the counter and I squeaked; the marble was frigid under my bare bottom. He dropped one of my bath bombs in the tub and watched it fizz and color the water purple.
Once, I managed to convince Matt to use a bath bomb with me. It was called a “sex bomb” and it was supposed to “put us in the mood” with “exciting scents” and “natural pheromones.” I grinned at the memory. As soon as Matt realized the bomb was coating his skin in sparkles, he leapt out of the tub ranting about “looking Twilighty” and “smelling like a girl.”
“What’re you grinning at?”
“You.” I smiled. “And this bath, which is such a transparent effort to avoid saying goodbye. Sweet… but transparent.”
Matt frowned and paced the small space of the bathroom. Ha! I was right. Matt planned to leave me in the tub and slip away.
My poor, adorable night owl—he really had issues with goodbyes.
“No,” he mumbled. “Maybe…”
“Can I induce you to stay a little longer?” I uncrossed my legs deliberately and spread them. Matt watched. He folded his arms and tilted his head.
“How does your cheek feel?”
“They’re cold.” I grinned.
“And you say I’m bad.” He slid me off the sink and turned me. I watched our reflection through the patchy steam on the mirror. Matt—God, he was so tall, and the look on his face was arresting. He wanted me. I knew that look.

It’s Dangerous to Go Alone!
Mia Strong never expected to be deciding the rest of her life at age twenty-two. Is she willing to become a human lab rat? Does she need to write a will? Does she ever want a family–and if so, with whom? She can’t dodge the tough questions–not if she plans to live to see twenty-three. With her life hanging in the balance, Mia wants nothing more than to rely on Adam Drake, but he’s hurt her before.
You Must Gather Your Party Before Venturing Forth…
Adam Drake knows that he’s made mistakes, but when he discovers what Mia’s facing, he realizes how much those mistakes could cost him. Now he has to choose between being the man who can save Mia’s life or the man she can love. No matter how much it tears him apart, Adam knows he has to put Mia first…even if it means he’s out of the picture entirely.
Will their love survive this epic battle or is it game over?
This novel is the third and final book in Adam and Mia’s trilogy, but they will be featured in future Gaming the System novels.
If you think Mia and Adam endured lot during the first two books, think again. At Any Moment gripped me from the beginning to the end. Two people are wrecked to their core with secrets and betrayal. But throughout it all, their love for each other never swayed. This book absolutely solidifies that love isn’t easy, but it’s worth it.
“...I love your soul, which feels, sometimes, like it’s mine, only in your body.”
At Any Moment picks up where the last book left off. Mia has admitted her secrets to Adam. His whole world turns upside down at the thought of losing love. But his love for Mia doesn’t falter. It grows stronger. Mia’s love for Adam magnifies as he supports her through the most heart breaking decision a woman should ever have to make. These two are put through the ringer. They both have made mistakes and continue to learn from them. Because that is what you do when you so deeply love someone as Adam and Mia love each other. Their love is tested over and over.
This series, Gaming The System has been a favorite of mine since the moment I started the first book. As Mia and Adam’s story continued, my love for this series and it’s characters has grown and I consider this definitely to be at the top of my all time favorites. The author’s talent for writing not only shines through her flawless writing style, but in the development of her characters and plot. This is no ordinary New Adult novel. This goes beyond that. The author gives her characters depth. Her characters are genuine and the delivery in there voices, strong. With some series, you find that by the third book, the story has lost its steam and that there is nothing else to be discovered. This is not the case for At Any Moment. If anything, the story goes deeper.
There is a reason for being vague regarding the plot of the story. Adam and Mia’s journey though pain, loss, trust, and love is to be experienced. I do not think there are words to accurately describe the emotion felt within this story by Adam and Mia as well as the secondary characters. Your heart will break. You will cry. But you will also laugh and rejoice. For a love that challenges the idea of love itself. Their love goes there. And beyond. You will watch two people fall irrevocably in love all over again. Adam and Mia are the epitome of true love. And why love truly conquers all.
This heart wrenching, beautiful story will consume you. I was emotionally invested in this story. We do not realize the depth of Adam and Mia’s love until this book. Yes they were two people destined to fall in love, when love was anything but expected or wanted. Their love knows no boundaries. It defeats them. Their love has no end, because it always endures. Always.
She waited to answer me, keeping her gaze glued to the sky. “I can’t find Draco.”
I looked up again. There were no stars to be seen. The black of night was completely covered by the dull gray of low coastal clouds.
She took in a shaky breath and then shot me a look before her eyes darted away like skittish birds. “You told me that Draco is always in the sky—no matter what time of night, no matter where you are in the northern hemisphere. You can always find it. But I can’t see it tonight. What does that mean?”
I reached out and touched her smooth, cool cheek with the back of my knuckles. She was trembling so slightly that it was almost impossible to notice. “You can’t see Draco because you can’t see any stars tonight. It’s the marine layer.”
The breath shivered out between her lips and she closed her eyes. I continued to stroke her cheek. “I want to see it. I need to see it.”
“You just have to trust me. You can’t see it, but it’s there, I promise. Do you trust me?”
Her head sank as she lay back flat on the sand. I bent over her, looking upside down into her eyes. Our gazes locked. Suddenly it was hard to breathe. I stroked her cheek again. Her eyelids fluttered like butterfly wings. She was as delicate as one of them. As fragile. And I’d never thought of her in those terms before.
She was vulnerable. And in many ways she was at the mercy of everyone around her. Including me. My throat tightened.
She watched me for long moments, reaching up and hooking her hand around my neck as if afraid I would pull away. “You know what I love most about your eyes?” she asked.
I frowned, confused at the abrupt change of subject.
Her thumb moved across the back of my neck and I tried to ignore the tingling her light touch evoked. I wanted to pull her hand away but she was so breakable.
“They are so beautiful—your eyes. And so different.”
I sighed, tried to laugh it off. Emilia’s intensity was unusual but not surprising. It didn’t take a genius to understand why she’d be feeling somber tonight. “Men don’t like being called beautiful…”
She grimaced at me and I saw a glimpse of my Mia return. “Whatever. Deal with it. Your eyes are beautiful. In a totally manly way, of course.”
I smiled but didn’t reply.
She tightened the clamp of her hand around my neck, pulling me closer to her. Our eyes were inches from each other but I didn’t look away though intensity of her gaze made me feel like I was staring into a 1000-watt spotlight.
“They are so dark, so mysterious. I used to think of them as curtains, or shutters. To close off what was going on inside. But tonight I think of them as…mirrors. Reflecting everything. I can see myself in there.”
My breath stuttered a little. “Oh…” I answered in the smallest whisper that seemed to get swallowed up in the ambient sounds around us, the regular lap of the water on the shore, the distant hiss of the freeway even in the early morning. “Oh, you’re in there, Mia. You are most definitely in there.”
And then without thinking, just feeling, my mouth sank to hers. I was bent over her, our heads facing different ways, my top lip sealed over her bottom lip, and she opened to me and I tasted her. I was kissing her upside down. And this kiss held more than passion, more than a declaration of desire. It held love. My love. Her love. They collided like waves crashing against a barrier that prevented them from meeting. Like that rugged, unmovable jetty that protected the harbor from the worst of the weather on the south-facing coast.
“Spider-man kisses,” she murmured against my mouth. I kissed her chin, her cheeks and the tip of her nose. She referred to the famous kiss Spider-man shared with Mary Jane in the first Marvel movie. Completely unaware that Spider-man was her next-door neighbor, Peter Parker, Mary Jane had peeled back his mask from the bottom half of his face and passionately kissed him in the rain as he dangled upside down from his web. Spider-man kisses.
But was I as disguised to her as Peter Parker had been from Mary Jane? In many ways, I was. I wore a mask because this wasn’t the time for us to deal with all the bullshit that had gone on between us. My lies. Her lies. Our respective secrets. They’d created that barrier between our hearts and there was no telling if they were surmountable.
A thin, silvery tear leaked from the corner of her eye. I pretended not to notice, pulling back, stroking her cheek.
“I’m sorry…for everything,” she whispered.
“I know. I’m sorry for everything too.”

Second chance at life? Check.
Ultra-rare magic powers? Check.
Badass new job? Check.
Saved world from evil goddess? Not so check.
Cora Riley assumed when she joined the FBI’s Supernatural Cases Division that she’d be dismantling Otherworld treachery alongside Jack Alexander, the storied Agent 97 who guided her through the underworld. Instead, she’s filing reports for Sofi Strella, a smart-mouthed agent ten years her junior.
When Jack finally does make contact, it’s not for sidestepper training, a quiet drink, or even an apology; it’s to investigate a magical narcotic that’s boosting supernatural belief to dangerous levels.
The case leads to the realm of Faerie, where Jack encounters an old flame and an even older enemy, both demanding his allegiance. As he battles the entanglements of his past, Cora continues the mission, ultimately facing the eerily-familiar Queen Mab, who wields a legendary blade in the name of Eris, the mad goddess of chaos.
It has been quite a while since I read the first book in the Forgotten Relics series. Therefore, I was a bit nervous when I started this installment, as I wasn’t sure if I’d remember much of what was going on. As it turned out, I didn’t have to worry much about that, as the story took off at a really nice pace, and I never felt like I was forgetting crucial information.
I remembered liking Cora from reading the first novel, and those feelings were strengthened in this story. She was really likable, with a sassy attitude, and a good amount of determination, humor, and strength. Plus, in this book, Cora learned some rather enlightening things about herself, and it only makes me more eager to see how things play out for her in the following books in this series.
The side characters were really varied, but only two were really explored. There was of course Jack, who I felt pretty bad for in this book. In the end, however, I decided he was still as great for Cora as ever, and I’m hoping that things will progress for them sooner rather than later. Then, there was Sophie. With a sad backstory and her conflicted feelings about trusting people, I found I really liked her. She was funny, strong, and ultimately a caring person. There were a few other side characters in this novel, but to say a lot about them would involve spoilers. Let’s just say that the characters in this series aren’t all black and white, and some of the people who are supposed to be good really aren’t.
The plot of this story involved a drug that was taking people to Faerie, a dark sword, romance, and ties to people who ultimately weren’t right to be tied with. There was action, lots of great mythology, and the doom of the impending apocalypse. The pace never slowed enough for me to get bored, but there were times when the point of view shifted from first to third-person and back again, which I found a bit distracting.
Overall, I really liked this book. There were all sorts of myths and gods, and quite a bit of action. This series has some likable characters, and others who aren’t particularly moral. There are legendary relics, betrayals, and even some romance. I do recommend it to people looking for a relatively quick, mythology-based fantasy series.
Other books in the series . . .
Things would've stayed that way had it not been for the inkpen, a device that pushes Zara's artistic talents firmly into the realm of magic. The tattoos she creates come to life, and each design gives her a taste of her deepest desire: a heart filled with hope and love.
But power like that doesn't go unnoticed. Assigned to the classified Supernatural Cases Division, Agent 97's feelers are out, searching the decaying industrial town for a wild girl with a remarkable talent that could change the world.
If only he could catch her.

After thirty boring years, nothing about Cora Riley’s life has measured up to her childhood dreams of being truly extraordinary. It’s too bad that the night she decides to seek out her specialness she crashes on a rural highway.
Cora wakes in the clutches of the Mistress of the underworld who sets her a seemingly impossible quest. If she wants a second chance at life, Cora must find her way through the dozen heavens and return to the castle in three days.
With the help of an unusual guardian angel named Jack and a little boy named Xavier, Cora navigates the afterlife doorfield and quickly learns that gods and monsters are very real indeed. Terrifying and tempting obstacles litter her path; only the power of belief – in the Otherworld, in her companions, and in herself – will return her to the land of the living.
The Transmigration of Cora Riley is the first novel in the Forgotten Relics urban fantasy series. It brings together the primary heroes, Cora and Jack, and lays out the system of gods, monsters, humans, and belief that shapes the world. Themes of trust, doubt, and redemption are interwoven with mythology both new and old to create a story that reminds the reader there’s always more to what we think we know.

College freshman Lucia Ramirez has a secret crush on Dane Monroe. He’s a tall drink of water — blond, brash, and one hell of a volleyball player. Hijole. Lucia hopes her volleyball scholarship to his school will make him notice her.
Too bad what’s noticeable is Dane’s obvious hatred for Lucia. Her family’s politics contradict everything he stands for. And politics are front and center in both their families. Dane’s mother is about to face Lucia’s father in the race for US President.
When Secret Service throws them together, Dane can’t deny his frustrating attraction to Lucia’s athletic curves and sweet faith in the world. Amid the intense pressure of college athletics and presidential politics, can opposites not just attract, but overcome overwhelming odds to be together? Or do their differences block their match from the start?
“Well, then.” I gave her a huge smile. “We’re screwed.”
Has a political opinion on social media ever made your blood boil? Have you struggled to tolerate friends’ opposing political views? There’s a bitter political divide in many countries, including the US, and those polarized philosophies inspired the story of Blocked.
Heroine Lucia Ramirez and hero Dane Monroe view the world in opposite ways but are thrown together as their parents compete for the US presidency. Underhanded national politics are hardly the place for a trusting relationship to begin, but can love bridge the gap of mistrust and hatred?
The theme of forbidden love intrigues me. Lucia’s conservative father, the Republican nominee for US President, would be horrified to learn of his daughter’s crush on his liberal opponent’s son Dane. Dane and his mother, the Democratic nominee for US President, believe that harsh conservative ideals thwart the American dream.
One lesson from my psychology career is that perception is reality. Democrats see the world quite differently from Republicans, and both groups are hell-bent on proving they’re right. Dane wants equality for all. Lucia stands for individual responsibility. Which philosophy is better? Which will persevere in the next election?
Sometimes, political discussion becomes heated. It gets ugly. In contrast, I tried my hardest to present each viewpoint fairly in this story. Readers and editors from both sides of the aisle critiqued the manuscript, and one reason I self-published the novel was to preserve a delicate balance of political views between Dane and Lucia.
Despite their political differences, Lucia and Dane share one thing in common: volleyball. Both are scholarship volleyball players at a top university, vying to earn a spot on the US national team one day. In addition to swimming, I played volleyball at a small college, and my love for this sport bleeds onto the pages. To smash a perfectly set volleyball down the opponent’s throat? There’s nothing more satisfying. And the closeness of a team is one of life’s special pleasures, experienced by Lucia and Dane.
I hope you enjoy the political and sport elements in Blocked.
She studied me with nervous eyes, then shook her head.
“They asked if we slept in the same bedroom.”
Her lips parted as she drew a breath, and her face turned a delicious shade of pink. I watched one hand smooth down her thigh, then dart up to the back of her neck. The other hand fidgeted at her side. It looked like she had to force a swallow.
Sweet Jesus. Her embarrassment totally turned me on.
“So, um...what did you tell them?” she finally asked.
A sense of pressure below my belt pulled me toward her. Her eyes widened as I approached, but she seemed more excited than frightened.
Her breezy, floral scent mingled with the liquid courage in my veins, and before I knew it I was running my fingers into her thick, damp hair. What the hell am I doing? God, it felt good, and she tilted her ear toward me like she enjoyed it too. There was a cute little dimple on her right cheek that winked at me. I found myself leaning closer to her face, and considering her impressive height, I didn’t have far to go. Her shiny eyes turned back to me, and she gazed up with such yearning, such depth.
My heart thundered. Stop seducing me, Devil Spawn!
Those sensuous lips opened for me, their sweetness luring me forward. I held my face over hers, breathing in her smell, and her eyes fluttered shut as she surrendered to me. I stared at her soft features for too long, shocking myself with an insane desire to kiss those sweet lips. Before I totally freaked myself out, I shifted an inch to press a kiss onto her warm cheek, right on her dimple. I could feel her tremble beneath my touch.
My hand still tangled in her hair, I pulled back to gaze into her mesmerized eyes. “I told them I never kiss and tell.”
When I let her go, I heard a little squawk of protest. That adorable noise reminded me of the pressure down below — pressure I needed to do something about. I turned and took swift strides down the hall.
“Where are you going?” Her breathy voice was tinged with desperation.
I grinned. She was just too easy to mess with.

Title: Surviving Us
Author: Erin Noelle
Release Date: October 23, 2014
Genre: New Adult Romance
When Bristol Criswell travels to St. Lucia for an Enduring Life retreat, she hopes to discover encouragement and support from like souls. A vacation fling is the furthest thing from her mind, especially not with a cocky-mouthed, arrogant jerk like Davis McKay.
But when it becomes evident she can’t deny the magnetic attraction between the two, she gives in to her desires, and for the first time in her life, learns the difference between simply living and truly feeling alive.
As their time in paradise quickly comes to an end, will her heart be able to withstand another devastating loss when it’s time to say goodbye, or will their connection be strong enough to survive the real world?
Death brought them together, but love will give them a reason to live.
**This book is a full-length, stand alone novel that is not a part of a series**
If you couldn’t tell already, I was in love with Bristol from the start. She has been through a horrific event when she was only 7 years old and she’s just looking for a way to get past that. So she decides to go on this adventure to St. Lucia to meet the wonderful people that have helped her along the way for the past three years. She has an online support group, and they have all chosen to meet at this place for an awakening of sorts. A sort of “healing” ranch in a tropical landscape.
Davis…………. Oh Davis. This man is angry and passive-aggressive and hurt, and broody, and SEXY, and EVERYTHING. He just hates life. And he’s also at this place which he has no desire to be. His story is different than Bristol’s. All of the co-inhabitants stories are different. But they have one thing in common. Loss. And it’s obviously a great human-hating loss that nobody can understand. And to be honest I’ve never felt loss this close to me personally so I had to really immerse myself into this story the best I could. And it was hard for me. As a reader I found myself pulling back as if I was the hurt one. I guess that makes it pretty freaking great because I was emotionally invested at this point.
I’m going to be honest. The first 60% of the book dragged a little for me. I’m not sure why. I really fell in love with both Davis and Bristol, but maybe I just wasn’t getting all of the extra side stuff going on. And that might be my own personal preferences. When I fall into place with the MC’s I tend to be a bitch about side characters. I just want THEM ONLY! But trust me, the side characters did not in any way take away from the story. In fact, towards the end they enhanced it. I’m just a finicky girl I guess.
I can tell you this. The final 40% of this book just about stole my heart and made me rethink my very own thoughts. Bristol and Davis are so unique and REAL. I really did end up loving this story. I actually liked it more as I was done reading it. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a great new adult read. I would actually recommend it to anyone in the adult romance genre. It’s a really cool book, with great writing. And the Author has some pretty smart wit thrown in there too.

Genre: Contemporary Romance
Age Group: Adult
Novella (100ish pages)
All the best fairytale princesses have the most horrific pasts. Mine just happens to be more horrific than most.
Fantasizing over Vaughn Asher was a dream. Meeting Vaughn Asher was a fairytale. Loving Vaughn Asher was my downfall.
The past is always there. Waiting. Waiting to expose you. Waiting to ruin you. Waiting to take you back.
Sometimes not even a prince can save you.
But then I see that bitch from Buzz Hollywood. She steps right in front of me and sticks that microphone in my face. “What will Jasinda think when she finds out you’re cheating on her?”
I actually stop to laugh. Ray grabs my forearm and tugs, trying to get me moving again. But I shrug him off. “I hope,” I tell the reporter as I look her in the eye, “she feels ashamed of herself. Jasinda”—I am facing the camera now, so I address her directly—“you’re a lying bitch. If you’re even pregnant, I’m up for a DNA test any time you are. I have a wife now and her name is Grace Kinsella-Asher.” And then I turn back to look at all of them as they hover close behind me. “And now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to get her a coffee and a muffin. Blueberry,” I add. “Grace likes blueberry. And she likes iced tall sugar-free caramel, nonfat, light ice, Starbucks double shot on ice. At least”—I stop to have a chuckle—“when she has money on her Starbucks app, she does.”
“Does she have money on her app, Vaughn?” a reporter from an internet blog asks me.
He’s nice, and funny. And never too serious about what he prints. “Her coffee worries are over, yes.”
Now they chuckle with me and I turn away and start walking down the street to the Starbucks. Half of them follow, but they stay behind me. Like a little train of leeches—annoying, but harmless.
See, this is how you handle the media. You don’t have to give them what they want, you just have to give them something they can use. Now they have two factoids about Grace to run with. Tomorrow everyone will be drinking that coffee concoction and the blueberry muffins will be sold out.
The day after tomorrow, they will be after the personal details of someone else and no one will give a shit about us until the next movie comes out, or I get nominated for an award, or Grace gets pregnant.
God. that makes me smile like an idiot and when I look over at Ray, he’s shaking his head. “What?” I ask him.
He holds up a hand. “Nothing.”
We turn right at 16th Street and head down towards the Starbucks.
“But,” he continues, “you have a stupid grin on your face. And if I didn’t know better, I’d say you are in love.”
“I am in love.” I let out a breath. “I love this girl. I’m gonna marry her again and get her pregnant, and spend the rest of my life bossing her ass around and pissing her off.” I glance back at Ray. “She likes it. But she also likes to fight it.”
“Mmm-hmm. If you say so, boss.”

I just want my Grace back. I want the girl I found sending me dirty tweets on Saint Thomas. I want the girl who reluctantly gave in to my charms and let me boss her around. I want the girl who sent me to my knees and made me imagine what her fairy tale would look likewith me in it.I just want to move on.I want to plan the future and think about kids and preschools and college funds. I want everything she ever wanted, and I want us to make it happen together. But the media needs more from us. More dirt. More pain. More payment for past transgressions. You can’t change the past. And even though Grace is ready to put her demons to bed, mine are just starting to get restless. Because when you’ve silenced as many enemies as I have, you know that secret won’t stay buried forever.
She has an undergraduate degree in horses, (yes, really–Thank you, Colorado State University) and a master’s degree in forensic toxicology from the University of Florida. She used to have a job driving around Colorado doing pretty much nothing but shooting the breeze with farmers, but now she just writes, runs the New Adult Addiction and Clean Teen Reads Book Blogs, and runs an online science classroom for homeschoolers.
